After you put the template in place pin the velcro to the right side of the fabric.

Sew around the bib making sure to back stitch at the beginning and end of the opening.
Consider using velcro closures at the back of the neck for easy on and off.
Cut the bib out.

Place both cut pieces of fabric together with the pattern side facing in and clip into place.
Sew one piece to the front layer one to the back layer.
Repeat the same with the backside fabric.
You can hold your fabric up to the light or a window to check the placement.
Fold the fabric in half line the pattern up to the fold pin and cut.

Instructions print the bib pattern wash dry and press the fabric place the printed pattern on the fold of your fabric pattern side up.
Sew one velcro piece to the back neck area and sew the other velcro piece to the opposite side on the other layer of the bib in other words.
Leave about a 2 3 inch gap on one side of the point to turn the bib inside out.
