After you put the template in place pin the velcro to the right side of the fabric.

Sew around the bib making sure to back stitch at the beginning and end of the opening. Consider using velcro closures at the back of the neck for easy on and off. Cut the bib out. Make meals fun by sewing a variety of bibs including special ones for holidays.

Refer to the original 30 minute baby bib tutorial for the pattern and overall instructions. Place both cut pieces of fabric together with the pattern side facing in and clip into place. Sew one piece to the front layer one to the back layer. Repeat the same with the backside fabric.

You can hold your fabric up to the light or a window to check the placement. Fold the fabric in half line the pattern up to the fold pin and cut. The fabric is here is pictured folded in half pin your front and back pieces together right sides facing in. Instructions print the bib pattern wash dry and press the fabric place the printed pattern on the fold of your fabric pattern side up.

Sew one velcro piece to the back neck area and sew the other velcro piece to the opposite side on the other layer of the bib in other words. Leave about a 2 3 inch gap on one side of the point to turn the bib inside out. This is what it will look like on the wrong side of the fabric the side the pattern is on.
